GRIMALDO x PIXY IVY "Into The Light (Techno Remix)"
1987 zählt Grimaldo (Stephan Dietrich) mit seiner ersten Maxi-Single "M. Loves You" (ZYX) zu den Gründer des guten, alten "The New Sound of Frankfurt". Auch auf dem gleichnamigen Sampler ist er u.a. zusammen mit Projekten von Sven Väth und Talla 2XLC vertreten. Die Fachpresse schreibt: "M. Loves you" von Candy Coloured Clowns ist allein das Geld für die LP wert: herrlichste Billigdisco mit kühler Sexy stimme, die auch Samplern wie "Rob Olson's Chicago Jack Beat" zur Ehre gereicht hätte." Sampler auf Vinyl gibt's heute nicht mehr, dafür einen neuen, guten Sound of Frankfurt: Grimaldos Remix von "Into
The Light".

In 1987 Grimaldo (Stephan Dietrich) is one of the founders of the good, old "The New Sound of Frankfurt" with his first maxi single "M. Loves You" (ZYX). It also was released on the sampler of the same name together with projects by Sven Väth and Talla 2XLC, among others. A music magazine writes: "M. Loves you" by Candy Coloured Clowns is worth the money for the LP alone: glorious cheap disco with a cool sexy voice, which would also have done honor to samplers like "Rob Olson's Chicago Jack Beat." Samplers on vinyl are no longer available, but a new, good Sound of Frankfurt: Grimaldo's remix of "Into The Light".
